DESIGN CONSULTATION
Our 90 minute design consultation is held at your premise if a site exists, alternatively in our office or via Google Meet. This meeting allows us to connect, discuss and understand your project in detail. During the session, we gather all necessary information to prepare a detailed proposal - outlining the project brief, design intent, scope of work, timeline, and fee schedule, laying the foundation for a seamless, collaborative journey.

FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN​
Applicable for entire premise or single room.
Our full service encompasses every stage of the design journey, from initial concept through to design development, documentation and build support.

We meticulously design the entire interior, uniquely reflecting you. The design package is presented with moodboards, rendered images and a fly-through video, technical drawings, physical samples, the works. This comprehensive and collaborative process allows us to refine every detail before trades are approached and construction begins.

Our design documentation package includes all necessary floor plans, elevations, lighting and electrical layouts, joinery drawings, and an FF&E schedule.

After handing over the documentation to your appointed builder, we stay involved, coordinating with trades and consultants, reviewing shop drawings, and conducting site visits as needed. Our ongoing support during construction ensures the final result aligns perfectly with the design vision.​

This flexible offering lets you use our expertise however you need. Clients typically walk us through their plans followed by visiting our office to explore our extensive materials library - saving hours of supplier visits while gaining valuable insights and ideas. It’s the perfect way to refine your vision with professional support as well as access our extensive suppliers list.
